Shipping & Returns
All orders are sent out with a Track & Trace courier service. Please state in the instructions section when placing the order if you would prefer to receive your order another way. Our coffee are dispatched on a Wednesday.
Orders are sent on an overnight service within Auckland, any Northland orders may receive them latest by Friday as for our orders for South Island will arrive early the following week (as it takes up to 2 - 3 working days).
Orders placed by 4pm, Saturday, will be shipped on Wednesday. While any orders later than 4pm, Saturday will count towards the next week's order . For any emergency order, please contact us at 09 476 6878
If you have not received your package in a reasonable timeframe please give our customer service representative a call and they can track your Courier Post package and provide you with the number for future reference.
All purchases made on this site are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) including GST.

Refunds or exchanges are not excepted for coffee purchases,
unless in the case of a mistake in packing or shipping on our behalf.
We make every effort to avoid these errors, but in the event that you receive an item differing to that which you ordered, please contact email@example.com and we will rectify the problem as soon as possible.
