💎 Origin & Community
Some coffees chase complexity. Others master consistency.
Brazil Diamond Natural is exactly what its name suggests—a reliable gem that shines in every cup. Sourced from a carefully selected network of farms across Minas Gerais, Brazil's most celebrated coffee-producing region, this coffee has been expertly crafted to deliver the same smooth, comforting character year after year.
Minas Gerais sits at the heart of Brazilian coffee culture, producing coffees from renowned regions including Sul de Minas, Cerrado Mineiro, Mogiana, and Matas de Minas. Together, these landscapes combine rolling hills, fertile soils, and warm sunny days with cool evenings, creating ideal conditions for growing sweet, balanced Arabica coffees at elevations above 1,100 metres.
While Brazil produces nearly 40% of the world's coffee, it's coffees like Diamond that demonstrate why the country continues to set the benchmark for approachable, high-quality everyday coffee.
🌱 Crafted for Consistency
Rather than showcasing a single farm, Brazil Diamond is intentionally built as a carefully balanced regional blend.
By sourcing from multiple trusted producers across Minas Gerais, each harvest contributes to a familiar flavour profile that remains remarkably consistent from season to season. It's the kind of coffee that becomes part of your daily ritual—not because it's predictable, but because it's dependably delicious.
The coffee is graded NY2 Screen 14/16, one of Brazil's second highest commercial quality standards. NY2 means a maximum of only four visible defects are permitted in a 200-gram sample, while the large Screen 17/18 beans allow for more even roasting and a cleaner, more balanced extraction.
🍒 Natural Processing
This lot is processed using Brazil's signature Natural Process, where coffee cherries dry with the fruit still surrounding the seed.
The slow drying allows sugars from the fruit to gently influence the beans, creating the rounded sweetness and creamy body that Brazilian naturals are famous for. After drying, the coffee is carefully milled, sorted, and graded before export, ensuring every batch maintains Diamond's hallmark consistency.
The result is a coffee that's approachable enough for everyday drinking while offering enough sweetness and texture to stand confidently on its own.
☕ In the Cup
This is comfort in a cup.
Expect familiar notes of milk chocolate, roasted almond, and vanilla, wrapped in a smooth, creamy body with gentle sweetness and a clean finish.
The profile is intentionally balanced—low in sharp acidity, rich in chocolate character, and wonderfully versatile. It's equally at home as a silky flat white, a classic espresso, or a comforting filter brew.
As the cup cools, subtle layers of toasted nuts and caramel sweetness continue to unfold, making it an easy coffee to come back to every day.
