  • How does ordering normally goes?
    At Society Coffee, we make sure you get the freshest bean as possible so we roast to orders almost every day, sometimes even in the weekend. For our wholesale customers' order that comes before 4pm Friday, we will be able to dispatch them by Monday and latest by Tuesday. For our website customers' order, we will confirm and process the order within 1 to 2 days and dispatch them immediately after that. Depending on where you are base in New Zealand, expect delivery between next day to 3 day. Please do feel free to contact us if there is an emergency outside of office hour, we will endeavor to respond to your need.
  • Shipping Schedule
    Once we confirm we can fulfill the order, we will endeavor to deliver/ship immediately after that. A email of confirmation will be sent and a email of delivery schedule will follow once we have allocated courier for delivery. Depending on where you are base in New Zealand, expect delivery between next day to up 3 day. For Auckland: Next day delivery but expect up to 2 working days. For outside of Auckland: Other North Island area, normally 1 to 3 working days.. South Island would take up to 2 to 4 working days. Rural: Depending on which rural area, it would normally take up to 2 to 4 working days.
  • Emergency Order
    If you urgently need your bean by 2 seconds ago, we normally will have stock for the full range of our coffee bean and retail stock in our roastery in Albany. Call David on 021909090 to arrange a emergency pick up. If you're one of our wholesale customer and want to place an urgent order, please send email to or call to our roastery during office hours from 7:30AM to 4:00PM, David on 021909090.
